Crazy Thin!
I wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering the .017 monocore line. When I opened it up I thought ****…this is just lightly coated mono! I purchased this line to cut it back and create my own “nymph shorty” line to swap on and off of my standard 3WF dry line..and this line really does feel much better than mono in the hands. It is so light that it hardly pulls my nymph out of their drift lane, light enough to keep line and leader and stay “tight” to my dry/ dropper rig. This line really shines in how light it is, highly recommended this Cortland line and Stillwater Fly shop, they got this line to me in less than a week when they ran out of stock. Can’t say enough about how great the crew is over there.
