Patagonia Stealth Hip Pack

I can give you a full assessment, because I’ve only just received it and started to think how I will stock it with the necessities for being on the stream. I’ve gone the gambit from multi-pocketed vests to simple one or two pocket things you hang around your neck. This pack appears to be a very good compromise between the two. Using these kinds of of packs is a matter of discipline on the part of the angler. How much are we willing to prepare for a day or trip? Like most of us we have far more flies and gadgets than we will ever need. Is our home base storehouse easy to access and select from those enticements and tools we’ll need? If it is then I have high hopes for this item serving me well without the pain of a heavily weighted vest or sling pack. I say be honest with yourself and buy the item you will be be able to use. And, if Patagonia makes a suitable item, you can rest assured it will be well made and last you for many years.

Versatile and Minimalist

This hip pack is very versatile and I like its minimalist features. If i need to carry a few more items than what the pack can fit, I will also carry the Stealth Work Station too. They make a great combo.
