What an excellent place to deal with.
I ordered some Skagit heads on Amazon from Canada. Amazon F#@$ up and did not inform me the UPS would want an extra $30 in duty at my door. I didn't have any checks to pay? Amazon normally charges everything at checkout. I've never had to pay the delivery company. I wrote the shop and Gabe got back to me right away to explain what was happening. No issues, just send them back he said. Thanks very much!
I was a little hesitant to order online, but after speaking with them over the phone about the exchange/return process, I decided to pull the trigger. The product shipped out the same day, just before the holiday weekend, which was impressive! 5/5 stars for friendly customer service over the phone, excellent packaging, and super fast shipping.

I ordered a Galvan Brookie online. I called to make a slight order change and the person I talked to on the phone (wish I could remember his name) went above and beyond to help me. Got my order changed to exactly what I wanted. I received the reel today all spooled up with backing and line. I know it's pretty much a line holder, but the Gunmetal color is beautiful. When i need to order something online Stillwater will be the first place I look.
I’ve ordered many times with Stillwater and they have always fulfilled my orders quickly and correctly. The two times items have been back ordered they have notified me right away, and been very willing to do what they can to either get it to me fast or find a replacement item. I live in Canada and the shipping is incredibly fast. Very professional service.
