The Squimp is an effective shrimp pattern for Permit and Bonefish. The rubber legs and yellow eyes are effectively placed on the hook shank rather than near the eye of the hook. Anglers fishing Permit LOVE the Squimp because it's a pattern they can fish under tension while stripping, rather than while sinking like a crab. The yellow eyes are extremely effective for anglers in Espiritu Santo Bay and Ascension Bay. The size #6 and #8 are ideal for Bonefish.
