The Ultralite MTX-S is Hardy's first series fly reel to feature a Hybrid Carbon fibre / alloy main frame construction. The MTX represents a stunning industrial design; both strong and light. The MTX features a sealed carbon fibre drag system with 340 degree color coded regulator, captive spool release and high line capacity. Offered in a beautiful titanium/orange color combination.

Reel shipped and arrived fast! It's really light and the drag is great!

Best Loyalty Program Available

I used my Loyalty Points and after the price reduction due to points accumulated I could not pass up purchasing this reel. It is the lightest reel I seen and matches well with the Ultralite Hardy X rod.
